Gemma Arterton – biography and filmography

  Gemma Arterton was born in 1986 in Gravesend, United Kingdom. After studying at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, she made her film debut alongside Maggie Smith in the BBC production Capturing Mary (2007). Following the shooting of the St Trinian’s (St. Trinian’s, 2007), they played at London’s Globe Theater in Shakespeare’s Rosalind Love’s Labors Lost .

Is considered one of Arterton vielsprechensten Newcomerinnen in British cinema. They already got a new Bond girl in front of the camera by Marc Forster, whose 007 adventure Quantum of Solace (Quantum of Solace, in which she in 2008) is seen Daniel Craig in the movies.

Also Guy Ritchie’s RocknRolla (2008) and the comedy Three and Out (2008), with Imelda Staunton Arterton has already been filmed.
